P.S: The person who left a one star is an optical down the road. Very unethical and unprofessional. I highly recommend going to MJ OPTICAL!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The service is terrible. The staff there are completely irresponsible and rude. Don't waste your time going to that place. I'm never going back! Go somewhere else. There are many other places with better customer service!

I got a pair of progressives here for the first time. I was told if in 2-3 weeks If I couldn’t adapt to them then I could get two separate pairs. This was a relief. Highly recommend if you are a first time progressive wearer like myself. Plus $100 for a nice frame, progressive, and 1 month adaptation warranty... unbeatable!

Would not adjust my glasses because I did not buy them there. I was willing to pay but they would not do it

The receptionist at this place was super rude to us, not wanting to help with the fact that the glasses we had purchased there were getting scratched up by the lenses. Don’t think I’m coming back again.

Not a good experience

My granddaughter and myself purchase our eye wear at MJ Optical for years, never had a bad experience w/Max or any of his staff. Great prices and wonderful service, I have moved out of New York and I travel to MJ OPTICAL for our eyewear. Max treats you like family!

Max of MJ Optical Jackson Heights is a true professional! After cataract surgery this past summer, I recently purchased new lenses using my existing frames. Very happy with my new glasses! Plus he adjusted both the nose & temple pieces of my other glasses. Will definitely return.
