The entire experience was awesome! I didn’t have my insurance info, but the ladies that checked me in did a search while I was in my exam & located it. Dr Brown was great - very knowledgeable & funny! The lady that helped me with my new glasses also did a great job. Definitely 5/5 stars, thank you!

Doctor was rude, grumpy and made my experience very unpleasant. He seemed irritated if asked to go to previous slide or if question was asked. I couldn’t wait for my appointment to be over. I felt like walking out. Never coming back. I will say he seemed knowledgeable & experienced. He simply didn’t want to be there today!!

Every person in the office was kind, professional and welcoming. They worked me in to see the doctor and I’m glad they did since I was diagnosed with a pretty long and deep corneal abrasion. The doctor was caring, kind and informative. I felt like we were best friends after I left my appointment. I can’t thank Lens Crafters enough for helping me at the last minute before my vacation. I had no idea how serious an eye abrasion could be if I didn’t take care of it. Thank you so much!!!
