I called this office on Monday 8/21/23 Exactly at 9 am as soon as they opened to see if I could see an Eye Dr. to access my concern with my eye problem. It's a clogged tear gland. Only to hear the receptionist tell me that I would need to get an eye exam before seeing a Dr!! Okay that is not a problem with me financially or time wise only to find out this is what the woman on the phone said to me.... You will need to make an appointment for an eye exam (first) since you aren't a patient of ours here and then you can make an appointment with one of our eye Dr,'s but there was no availableility until middle or end of February of 2024 just for an eye exam!!!!!.. SERIOUSLY!! I got the impression that they were not interested at all to bring in any new patients. I'm like awww no my eye ball will probably fall out by the time I get to finally see an eye physician at this facility..6 months to wait to see a real Eye Dr???? I a was shocked..I called Family care associates right down the street on Garfield Rd. And was able to get into that facility in Tuesday the next day.

Very thorough. Staff is friendly. Very slow, long waits for the dr. He made an unnecessary appointment to give me test results that were fine, causing me to miss two hours of work and pay my copay when a phone call or letter would have been sufficient.
