Don't waste your time shopping for frames here! Check for reviews elsewhere describing negative customer service experiences. I have never had such a poor experience shopping for frames as I did here. And the two weeks I spent asking for help in ordering the frames I wanted, was possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ultimately, I called to speak to the manager and explained (after being asked reason for call) that I was calling about the frames I was trying to order. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes before the receptionist returned to say the manager was "with a patient" and she would call me back. She did not call back. I would have gone elsewhere earlier, but really wanted the particular frames I only had found there. I never was treated in a friendly or helpful manner. It appeared no one cared!

Dr is great . Office personnel are not !! First visits they called me three times to get the same information which they incorrectly noted. Then after 2 visits with my sister in law who’s intellectually disabled and has always had Medicare and Medicaid . They don’t accept Medicaid so I paid the difference without any problems . On our third visit ( appt was made a year ahead of time) they called as we were getting ready to leave for her appointment to tell me that because Medicaid is her secondary they can not see her . I advised that I always pay the difference and it never been a problem they insisted tgey will not longer see her as a patient 1/2 hour before her appointment. Horrible and smacks of discrimination!!!!!

Alicia was my CSR in Westlake, OH, she helped me so fast that my doubt of getting my expensive frames fixed went away. she performed a miracle on my glasses. I arrived thinking I would have to get a new pair. She fixed them.. Yay.. Not to mention how nice she was. I’ll be back
