Should have the option for zero stars - Horrible, Rude Staff, Including the Doctor! Very dissatisfied at the way our son was treated and was charged for services not rendered! Too many other Great Eye Doctors in Lafayette to choose from! Stay Away!

There’s a person that answers the phone she can’t hear a thing on a the phone what the hell is she answering phones rude ignorant place would never recommend this place for ANYONE RUN

The staff and dr are very rude and unfriendly. impatience..the dr raised his voice at both myself and my special needs child ..he even accused her of doing things to make him mad ..made her put her legs over the arms of the chair because he was uncomfortable with where her knees were in his stomach and took a personal call in the room in the middle of the eye exam. Something about credit cards. He then mad her so afraid of him that she kept having seizures and when she talked it came out in a whisper. He told me in a raised voice to sit down and then the icing on the cake was when she picked out het glasses he wanted to tack on things not covered by medicaide to the tune of 100 plus. If you have small kids or special need childrens this is one office you want to avoid

Nice friendly eye doctor - been coming here for 3 years now. very satisfied with mr magee and his staff

If I could put a zero star I would, because I have diabetes, and he didn’t even dilate my eyes to check and see if there’s any glaucoma or anything like that. He just looked at us put some lens machine in my face and it look better or does it look better, but she also did my 14-year-old daughter too, and he also told To take them off when we were using our phones that doesn’t sound right also, their glasses are really small it’s like children’s glasses
