Malara Eye Care is the best! I go to the Liverpool office and everyone, from the time I checked in until I checked out, was friendly, professional, and helpful. My questions were readily answered, Dr. Malara’s post-exam feedback was knowledgeable and clear, and a woman deserving of sainthood (Michelle) found about two dozen pairs of frames for me to try on. She never made me feel rushed and I found frames that were just right for my needs. (I’m kind of tough on my glasses.) She was very knowledgeable about lenses, too; I can’t wait to pick up my perfect new glasses! One more thing — when I first went to Malara Eye Care in 2020, I had no insurance, but they had/have discounts for the uninsured. You’ve got to try Malara!

The Doctors here are all top of their field. Dr. Matthew Durkin has had me as a client for my 2 last visits. It is hard to express in words how much I appreciate a Doctor that will listen to what I have to say and respond with understanding. You will not be disappointed if you choose Malara eye care. Dr. Durkin has once again provided me with excellent care and a perfect script for my glasses.

Upon arrival it was evident a mix up in scheduling had occurred. The staff made adjustments and accommodations were made to get me in to see the doctor.. My exam went smoothly without any issues.
