I brought my sunglasses here after dropping them because the left frame arm got completely bent out of shape. I was originally planning to make the trip down to the official brand boutique where they were bought but I am so glad I stayed local instead. To be honest I am never the type to leave a review for anything and I was incredibly anxious walking in because I'm an introvert. I genuinely thought they would mess up my glasses but I have never been so happy to be proven wrong in my life. The customer service here was far more top-notch and felt way more welcoming than any corporate gallery. The person working on my glasses was amazing. He was completely transparent the entire time he worked on the alignment and let me see exactly what he was doing so I felt totally reassured. The atmosphere inside the shop felt just like family. It was an incredible masterclass service. I shook his hand to thank him and I will definitely be back. Definitely recommend. If you have eyewear that needs precise careful tuning trust this neighborhood spot completely.

I have been getting my glasses and especially contacts here for the last 5 years. They have the best prices, they are so nice and really go above and beyond. I really recommend this place!

Went there to get my contact prescription and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They taught me how to put in contacts and let me feel comfortable in them before leaving the store. Highly recommend!

great customer service. the owner and staffs are friendly. saw some repeat customers in the store. The owner and staffs were very patient to the elders which i found very impressive. The owner has good knowledge about the frame brands， she can tell my husband s old frame price range immediately (which really close to what we paid in another glasses store). price is way better than Chinatown. so glad we found this place where you could chat with the owner like she is your old friend.

Very professional and friendly, helped me pick out glasses I loved! They work quickly as well. Will probably come back :D
