The absolute WORST! The list of problems is so lengthy that I don't think I can document each one of them here. The worst part was not telling me to not bend over at the waist after the surgery. Which I did, and I got a huge blood blister on my eye. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I went to the doctor the next day to tell him he said he does a lot of hand holding there. The doctor who performed the surgery told me that most people who come in there have dementia. I got the impression that they really don't care about elderly people because they're going to die soon anyway. I was billed incorrectly because the billing department, probably consisting of one person, made a mistake and did not request an approval for the surgery beforehand so my insurance did not cover. When I asked what happened the lady told me that they made a mistake, and people make mistakes, and that's how we get better is by learning from our mistakes. I asked her if there was anything I could do and she said there was nothing I could do about it. The last, of many, complaints I had was that it's a brand new office and they're training people. I do not suggest you go to this place. I can't urge you strongly enough.

Just saw Dr. Neale: very impressed, he practices very state of the art, yet conservative medicine.
