The doctor explains everything before the examination, and will provide you with the information you need to move on to your next step. The consultation was great and by the time I left her office, I knew exactly what I needed. From the examination to picking out my glasses was a very pleasant experience. I had my first visit to this provider last week. I was very pleased with the courtesy of the staff and the short wait to see the Optometrist. I was especially shocked at how quick my glasses where ready on the FIRST Visit. I chose a pair of glasses and they were ready for me within 20 minutes Very clean office and thorough examination. As always I have a great experience at NY Eyecare for my yearly eye exam. Staff are courteous & helpful. Dr. Greenberg is excellent as usual. The selection of frames is great. I was there last Thursday & two days later my glasses are ready! So add fast & efficient to my review as well!
