I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Marco Polo optical. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about their deceitful practices and appalling customer service. First and foremost, they lied to me about the products I paid for. They only gave me frames when I also paid for lenses. When I raised this issue, they insisted that I had received exactly what I ordered, despite clear evidence to the contrary. It felt like they were blatantly trying to rip me off. To make matters worse, their customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I called to resolve the issue, I was met with hostility and condescension. The representatives I spoke to were dismissive of my concerns and unwilling to offer any solutions or compensation. It was clear they had no interest in helping me, only in defending their deceptive practices. Overall, my experience with Marco Polo Optical was nothing short of a nightmare. Their deceitful behavior and rude customer service have ensured that I will never do business with them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well. Save yourself the headache and find a more honest and reputable optical company.
