Dr. Augustine is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I've ever had. I always make sure to schedule mine and my husband's appointments with her. Going to the eye doctor is an ordeal for most folks, but Marietta Eye Clinic makes it very user-friendly. The techs are excellent and the one I had made the process painless and almost fun! Plus, this clinic has been around for a very, very long time and I have been going there for many, many years. Very pleased with my visit this year.

I travel a bit to get to this office - just how much I trust them, even with my doctor retiring. His replacement has been wonderful and I feel good when I leave. The exam makes me feel like I can see better than every as they work hard to make it right.

Do not bring anyone elderly to this place. My father, who is diagnosed with severe dementia, had an episode during his evaluation. After trying to help talk Dr. Ho through the episode, he immediately got up and said “I can’t do this.” I guess he’s never had experience working with someone with dementia. We rescheduled the appointment for a month later only for this office to call me three times asking if he would be ok for the appointment. After reassuring them two times, they called again today to say that they would not see him and refused the appointment. So, my father may go blind now. Shame on them and very unprofessional of them to do this. Two weeks worth of time was wasted due to their indecisive decision-making and I could have used that time to find another provider to help my Dad, especially since I am unsure of the severity of his cataract condition. They may be decent with other people, but I would not bring an elderly person to this place (especially someone with dementia). Please do not believe anything anyone at the Marietta office says, as it is all smoke and mirrors and attempts at empathy. It is nothing that can be said to empathize for this type of unprofessional and prejudicial behavior. Thank you for absolutely nothing. I truly hope I can help others avoid the same type of experience I had at this place.
