Came back because I lost a screw on my glasses and they fixed it for me.

Dr Ruiz and his incredibly professional and delightfully personable staff have cared for me and my children for many years, and I wouldn’t even consider going to any other caregiver! We have received outstanding care for both normal and unusual vision correction needs: needs that other highly rated DFW eye doctors were unable to diagnose or treat for both me and one of my sons. I could not be happier than I am with the care we have received by Dr Ruiz and his outstanding staff! And, I’ve always been able to find frames I love and my lenses and glasses are made perfectly. When adjustments or fixes are necessary, there are no hassles and no problems! Highest recommendation!

Went to see Dr.Ruiz for something foreign embedded in my eye. My eye had swollen and I looked like Rocky had hit me. He was thorough and caring, explained everything really well. I had no insurance and, paid cash. He went through every possible solution, to make it cost friendly. Thank you Dr.Ruiz

I rarely write reviews but this Dr. & his staff truly deserve it! I was in pain all weekend due to an eye infection & swollen. I called Monday. They had no appts. available. I was asked if I had any discharge & pain. I said yes & they got me in, in the next hour. I cannot thank them enough, for their professionalism & caring heart. Very affordable as well. I started coming here in 2019, I absolutely love this Office. It’s clean and they follow Covid protocols. But the front desk ladies are so sweet honestly makes you feel like your walking into grandmas home. As far as Dr Ruiz he is honestly so awesome. He really gets to know his patients. I went in for a basic vision test as well as a baseline exam since I take a medicine that causes eyesight to decrease. Dr.Ruiz was super knowledgeable and ordered me my contacts but also gave me a pair for the month since mine had to be ordered to come in. Over all I do recommend you coming here.

I had the best experience with Dr. Ruiz after 20 years with another physician. My husband and children, plus myself of course, had used this physician for years but his staff became rude and disrespectful and he'd become complacent. We called Dr. Ruiz's pffice after several failed attempts for online scheduling and they put us right in. What a great experience we had from office staff courtesy to Dr. professionalism! Can't wait to receive our glasses with the optical clinic that is in conjunction with Dr. Ruiz. 💗

I am so disappointed by the way they do business. They promised my glasses will be available in 2 weeks. After three weeks, I called them and it is still not available yet. She told me nothing they can do about it. She asked me to wait for few more days which will be 4th week. This is ridiculous to do business. If you cannot do, don't promise your customer.

Dr Ruiz and his staff are so friendly and professional. They all make you feel welcome and comfortable. I've used them for my eye care for quite awhile now and have never had a bad experience. I these people.
