Dr. Lindsay is great. He’s old school - I think I heard a typewriter while I was there. But he knows his stuff. I had been to optometrists who said I had perfect vision. I went to his office & he solved my migraine mystery. And instead of selling me a pair of glasses, he told me the proper strengths and sent me to the dollar store. No gimmicks and no nonsense.

I don't see Mr. Lindsay anymore, but my parents do. He was always good Doctor for me until I had other problems. Then I had to see a retinalogist. He is a funny man, likes to tell jokes while you're being seen.

Best place to check our eyes.. Doctor and claudia are the best, they do amazing job they are so nice.. the girls from the front desk too they are so nice

I’ve moved back home to Corpus Christi, TX. Highly Skilled and Professional and taking care with efforts

The lady who answered the phone was very rude, and raised her voice at me because I didn't know if I had superior or eyemed. Definitely going to a different eye doctor.

I do have Baylor Scott & white insurance and went to their office with an eye infection about 2 months ago and clearly asked them if their office accept my insurance,and they said yes,that was why I just paid the Co-pay amount ,but after 2 months they sent me a mail of a big amount and when I called ,their response was that they do not accept Scott & white insurance !

If you don't want to waste your money and time only to get a unusable prescription, avoid this clinic. An evaluation without necessary step for astigmatism and binocular balance should not be called "comprehensive" and cost 150$. My insurance only cover an exam once a year and it's wasted. Dr. Lindsay asked if I have "Obsessive Compulsivity" when he failed to address the issue of fitting or provide any suggestions on other potential vision problems or needs of further check, which is unprofessional, humiliating and lack of sense of responsibilities. They even made a claim to my insurance company and got denied and I have not been noticed before. Also, Appointment scheduling felt misleading — I was given a specific time yet waited over 30 minutes with no acknowledgment or update. The front desk staff’s attitude was consistently impatient and unprofessional. When talking to patients her tone sounds like a boss and her attitude sounds like it's my fault to arrive on the scheduled time and have to wait for more 30 min. Unfortunately, this lack of courtesy carried through the visit. Overall, the office environment felt outdated and inattentive to patient experience.

My wife and daughter have both seen him. Treats the problem and doesn’t string you along for a bunch of “follow-ups”.

Very bad customer Service

I went here 3 years ago. The Dr was not very forthcoming with information. Gave me a general paper about glaucoma. They told me my insurance covered the lasik surgery. Was scheduled, the dr was 3 hours late for the surgery.they never told me to keep regular check ups. I asked them if I owed any bill after the procedure. The Dr himself told me I owed nothing. Now I’m having eye pressure again. I called the office to find out information going forward, I’m told I have an unpaid balance. I do not recommend!

I went to Dr. Lindsay two years ago in July with a very serious eye infection. My infection was so bad that the ER doctor in Madisonville called to make me an appointment. When I first went to Dr. Lindsay, he stated that his main concern was to save my vision in that eye. After continuous visits and treatment, I can truly say, that Dr. Lindsay was the best Dr. for me. Thank God that I still have vision in my eye.

Dana at the front desk wasn't my favorite person, but the rest of the staff was pleasant and welcoming .

If you have an emergency that you need your eye looked quickly this is not the place to go I had acid blown into my face and eye and sat for over an hour all they told me was to stop taking the numbing eye drops and that the doctor would see me shortly 30 mins later I decided to make an appointment with a doctor that cares for people in an emergency

excellent. very competent. explains everything, def. not a mass production clinic like some clinics in Bryan.

We had an emergency and needed to get seen last minute. The staff was able to get us in within an hour and thirty minutes of our initial call. Once we got they the staff was polite and helpful in getting all the information correct for we can be seen quickly. The doctor came and evaluated the situation and provided a quick treatment plan. We went to two different locations and all just shrugged it off, not here they listened to what the issue was and self evaluated the problem. Highly recommend

Excellent staff and Dr. Lindsay is knowledgeable. Answers questions and addresses concerns clearly, I appreciate being able to feel comfortable enough to ask questions.
