Mark Baskin, MD, FACS is a board certified ophthalmologist and ophthalmic plastic surgeon in Encino, California. He treats blepharitis and dry eye and performs eyelid lifts, eyelid ptosis repair, chalazion excision and eyelid reconstruction after cancer removal. He also administers Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and dermal fillers including Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse.

Dr. Baskin trained at Princeton University and the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed an ophthalmology residency at the Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary and fellowships in neurology, uveitis and oculoplastic surgery.

He is the founding director of the Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery Clinic at Cook County Hospital and teaches at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA.
