I had been going to Dr. Chung for over 15 years but ever since he sold the practice to Total Vision, it has gone severely downhill. He is great but there is now upcharges at every step of the way and they take over 2 weeks to return frames if you don't buy from them.
I am going to be looking for a new optometrist for my next exam.

This Dr. is the WORST doctor I have ever encountered. He was rude almost the entire exam. I am a Veteran and have insurance through the VA, but I prefer to have an outside Dr. if you are looking for a new Dr. then keep looking!!!! I regret going to this eye exam. I paid almost $350 for an exam and 4 trial contacts (which supposedly free) what waste!!! Don’t waste your time or money with this outfit!!
