Dr. Mark Berman is an exceptional ophthalmologist, who takes great care in his examination and sharing treatment plans with his patients. Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Berman’s for several years. We recommend him/Thomas Eye group with 5 stars!

Dr. Berman's knowledge and ability is outstanding. He is soft spoken and kind BUT the reason I gave him is "3" is because of the wait. I was used to waiting for over 2 hours in the past and in order to avoid it, I was told to make the first morning appointment at 7:00am. I was the first patient, at 7:00am and waited 45 minutes. After informing the nurse that I will wait for another 15 minutes and then leave the office, Dr. Berman arrived. No apology for the wait. I pointed it out to him, still no apology. So my point is, he is good in what he does but his time management and consideration of others time, not so much.
