I've been going to Dr Sturgis for over 20 years. He's always through during the exams, answers any and all my questions, he's very knowledgeable. I'm sorry to know he's retired. I'll try the other Dr.they have available and see how that goes.

Continuing my review. We saw their paperwork and it stated the lenses were made too small. No wonder the lens kept falling out lucky he did not loose the lens...then what....then we were told that the paperwork was private and we shouldn't have looked at it...REALLY...we paid for the glasses....they will remake the glasses but tried to say it was because they are flexons....not a honest business...if the lenses were made too small then fix them don't blame it on the frames. Now he will wait another 2 weeks no apology. CRAZY
