Very professional and courteous. Once a person is called for his/her appointment the focus is solely on this particular patient. The tech, the assistant nor the doctor excuses themselves to tend to another patient.

The "phone room" person was awful to deal with when I called to make my appointment. First told me I had never been there before, but I had. Then she scolded me for missing my appointment which I didn't have. When I finally got my appointment, I saw Anna Parfenova and she totally made up for the "phone person". She was efficient, accurate and very pleasant. She was very sweet and gentle during the examination...so when I return it will be because of her.

The Dr Jones I the psych doctor was wondering. The office was clean and organized. Very helpful and explained the process.
