Patti and Dr Markman are wonderful. They are both very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.

We go here solely for the AMAZING, and only, pediatric ophthamologist on staff. Dr. Laura Syniuta is a gem -- she is one of the best doctors in her field for children. We have two children with very special eye conditions and needs, and there is no one BETTER at her craft. Not only that, she is a sweetheart, has toys in her office for famlies who bring other littles, puts kids right at ease, and is an exper, We highly recommend Dr. Laura Syniuta!!

I received the best care last year 2023 by Dr. Khoubian . Everyone in the waiting room who was waiting to be seen by Dr. K had nothing but good praises for the Dr. It's now 2024 and I am returning for my annual eye exam..The staff is so pleasant & professional..Nothing bad or negative to say here folks...Thank you & God Bless..

I adore Dr. Markman, he is a wonderful doctor. I have felt very good after my iridotomy last week, no problems! I decided to write this not so good part of the review because the staff has made a mistake having scheduled another iridotomy on my other eye which has already been done. Usually not a problem, but my primary care doctor was trying to refill a prescription but was told not to on separate occasions because I needed a second iridotomy (which I don't). Having called the staff at doctor Markman's office to correct the situation, the woman I spoke to actually tried very hard to convince me that I was going to have another iridotomy! She finally relented and checked, sure enough, they made a mistake. I asked her to call my doctor to rectify the mistake since they had called twice and given the bad info both times. Her response was to tell me that it wasn't her fault and she wasn't going to waste her time correcting one of her coworkers mistakes! Quite unprofessional and very disappointing not to mention disrespectful. I still reccomend Dr. Markman, just keep an eye on the staff and double check all instructions and appointments that you are given.

They gave me appointment in 3 months, yes 3 months. then I didn't get a reminder the day before. Other doctors office, give reminder few days in advance. So I forgot. Until now I don't get a phone call from them asking me why I didn't come.For sure they also forgot because of the length of time they scheduled my appointment.

Dr Markman was wonderful. I was very impressed with the Drs bedside manner and communication regarding my condition. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

Horrible customer service

It was frustrating to experience a billing issue after this medical office claimed to have checked my insurance eligibility beforehand. Despite their initial assurance, my insurance later indicated a problem. When I requested proof of their pre-verification, the office refused to provide without any explanation . This lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide evidence of their eligibility check is concerning and leaves me questioning the thoroughness of their process. Future patients should independently verify their insurance to avoid potential billing discrepancies.. Save your money.

Dr. Anne Nguyen is amazing. She's a highly trained professional with a wonderful personality who really cares about her patients. Dr. Nguyen is truly a remarkable physician.

If I could leave a 0 I would a dr wrote a note in my file that never saw me billing department said my dr was a women when I clearly seen a man. I just think they have no real organization. The dr never touched my eye only said don’t do the surgery walked out in less than 20 sec and I received a nice chunky bill . It’s a lot of professional offices in the area I recommend not wasting time going to this one

I have been coming here for over a year. I came in with an emergency situation and doctor Torres & Khoubian have been great. I had to stick with one so I am seing doctor Khoubian now. I have a very complicated case and he has been diligently working with me in order for me to have the best outcome possible.

Dr. Nguyen is amazing. The staff, some very good, some not!!! Dr. Khoubian, well...he is money hungry and will not perform plain cataract surgery unless he sells you extra unnecessary procedures, shameful!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The doctor is fine. The staff is really bad; they are unhelpful and disorganized. Their communication here is horrible; they never keep you informed about anything.

I’ve had the pleasure of spending 2-hours in the waiting area. My mom’s appointment was at 1:45 and finally at 3:30 they took her back. I am so glad their time is more valuable than my time. Understood things happen, but I would appreciate any kind of update and explanation about the delay. Instead it was no communication.

Expect 2 hour wait. They book so many patients that it feels like a cattle call! Plan to look for another ophthalmologist office.

You if have an appointment here, better bring a lunch and a before dinner snack. To start, you have to phone and usually leave a message in order to make an appointment so that you can make an appointment for services. This is because this money only driven facility doesn't hire enough staff to cover their phones. I made my appointment three months in advance and here's what took place. I arrived just before 2:00am and starting filing out the paper work. I was called in for a preliminary exam and then sent out to different waiting room. I overheard senior citizens complaining that they had been waiting 30 to 45 minutes. I didn't see the doctor until 3:30 for all of about 10 minutes. I left around 3:45. Why did it take so long? Clearly the office was heavily overbooked to pull all of the cash possible out of single day with no regard whatsoever for the customer's care or time. The only reason these sorry examples of quality service even get one star is that I can't go lower.

Please be careful if you diagnosed with cataract and proscribe you eye glasses, don’t accept it . It is like you put glasses on blind eye . It is a business. Their glasses are non-refundable and expensive too. Unfortunately it happened to me and the glasses is useless . The only treatment for cataract is to replace the eye lens . If you need glasses for any other reason Costco is much affordable.
