Staff has bad moral, though this is what happens when you let staff do as they please. If there is not an optometrist on duty give the patient the option before making an appointment to consider whether are not they want to come in only for a prescription that can be taken somewhere else to be filled. My point of scheduling the appointment was because it’s a one stop shop. The assistant doctor had a bad attitude as well. I will never acquire there service again due to there staff which are bad for business.

Old equipment, exam room felt like a oven this was in February. Doctors assistant asked me if I was there for glasses? I’ve should’ve told her no I’m here for a pedicure. I would have walked out but I waited a hour. Never again. Front office personnel nasty attitude I would’ve been treated better had I gone to the VA If you notice all the response back is the same for each former patient this is a joke. And we’re not customers that’s another stupid thing
