New patient with Dr Kirkland and I was very impressed! From the receptionist, to the excellent and compassionate tech, to the knowledgeable and empathetic Dr Kirkland, I felt well taken care of, not rushed, and comfortable. So happy we started with Dr Kirkland.

Dr. Houser and her staff are the very best! Dylan and Daniel, two of her Tech support staff, were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Although I am bed- or wheelchair-bound 24/7, Dr. Houser, Dylan, and Daniel made accommodations and were very thorough in their exams. When Dylan found out the Para-transit bus was waiting on me, he helped me get through my final paperwork quickly and efficiently so I didn’t get left behind. Very personable and professional staff. (…and their “new” location on University Dr., east of the bypass, is so spacious and comfortable - so welcoming and accessible. I feel as though I’m being treated like royalty at my appointments!)

The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctors are excellent. They are always very concerned about giving the best care possible to their patients.
