On July 1st my appointment with Dr. Gallia went very well. I placed an order for my contacts. Three weeks have gone by and no contacts! Called the office four times in two days....no one returned my call nor inquiry about my contacts. I have been a patient of Dr Gallia for more than 20 years. Since the change to Mann Eye, the customer service is appalling! I will continue to call the office to get an answer about my contacts. However I'm giving serious thought that this may be my last appointment with the doctor I have much admiration and respect. I give Dr Gallia 5 stars....Mann Eye .....well the jury is still out!

Excellent!! My husband and I have been with dr Martha for years. She is very ethic and very profesional and human. She is one of the best doctors I have ever met.

The service is very poor and unprofessional

For the last 20 years I have been going yearly to random optometrist for my contact lenses prescription. I can honestly say with Dr. Gallia it was a truly different experience. It was the best doctors office visit I have had with any kind of dr or dentist, and I definitely will only be going to her in the future. As a business owner myself I felt inspired to do better myself in my own work. I don’t want to leave out her staff; everyone was truly friendly and pleasant. It’s rare for the entire staff to be on the same page as far as customer service. Deserves 10 stars out of 5!!
