Today's visit was a difficult one. Due to filling out patient forms on the kiosk and scanning the QR code to continue checking in, I was not able to accompany my kids when they were called to the back to begin their assessments. This new system of checking in feels unorganized, inefficient, and mismanaged. I can appreciate the value in the patient filling out their own forms; therefore, I'd suggest sending the forms to the patient via email prior to the appointment. This new kiosk and QR code check in system creates unnecessary stress for the patient. Update: At 3:20 p.m. I received a text message from Jimmy stating that I would be receiving a refund for my daughter's glasses order and good luck to me. Immediately following this text message, I decided to go in person to speak with Jimmy about this refund that I had not requested. I expected that Jimmy would be professional and willing to listen to the reasoning behind my review; however, that was not the case. Jimmy was screaming at me, interrupting me, stating that "you threatened my business, this one-star rating is a threat to my business, I am taking this as a threat!" He continued by yelling "either you take your post down or your daughter will not be receiving her glasses, and you will be banned from my business!" I was clearly threatened and intimidated into removing my review. I decided to request the refund, report this behavior, and will not be returning in the future.

Absolutely love this place, from the time you enter the clinic you feel welcomed. Dr. Amy is the best! She is so patient and kind and makes you feel relaxed. The staff she has is exceptional!

Marc Anthony helped us today and he was amazing and informative. Our doctor was so kind and she was also very patient. The lady conducting the contact class was terrific also. It’s always a pleasure going here.
