I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Gordon's office, from the moment I called to find out if they took my insurance to the moment I saw the doctor.
On the day of my appointment, I showed up 15 minutes before - when I arrived the girls in the front office were so nice (not like other offices, as I've had bad experiences myself). They had taken all my information over the phone and only asked me to verify. I only had to signed 3 papers, yes 3! Unlike other offices that give you a ton of paperwork to fill out. I waited for a bit before I saw the doctor, which is understandable as he is a specialist. He was kind, and patient, answered the hundreds of questions I had, and simply gave me a prescription for eyedrops - I asked for a generic as well and he agreed. I feel so much better now. Definitely will be coming back for my semiannual check up.
