My husband and I have been going to Dr. Tanguay for over 25 years. She is professional, efficient and accurate with her examination. She always makes you feel welcome with her great personality. She listens to your needs and will always answer your questions. Whether you wear contacts or glasses, Dr. Tanguay will fit you perfectly. She is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Tanquay works great with my daughter who just received her first pair of glasses. I recommend her.

I've tried about 5 different Ophthalmologists and was having a really difficult time finding one that I liked...until I met Dr. Tanguay. She has a very sweet demeanor, is very knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, and I always have her pick my eyeglass frames.

Dr. Tanguay is an excellent optometrist. She does all the tests herself and doesn't skip anything. She takes her time with you and does not rush you out the door. She always gives me lots of information when I ask a question. It is very hard to find doctors who are this attentive and involved. Julie at the front desk is also very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me get a rebate on my glasses and gave me all the right documentation for my FSA account. I really appreciate the personal touch.

Amazing place. So I was in a jam. I am from out of town and one of my contacts fell out of my eye and I lost it. I just so happen to forget my extras and just ordered a years supply from my optometrist in Austin. I called them and asked what they suggested. They suggested that they fax it to local place to just get a test lens. Needless to say, it was a littler harder than a simple ask. One told me they would take care of me just come on out, when I showed up. they just tried to sell me a years supply, even though I just bought a years supply. My doctor faxed a copy of my two week old prescription, they helped me with a tester or fitting lens and was on my way. Best thing I can do is share in the good karma and hope that this helps someone when looking for an amazing Doctor in the area. If I ever move back to Carrollton or near this area, I would certainly make them my optometrist of choice.

I feel she definitely wants her patients to be happy with their glasses and does whatever she can to make sure they are satisfied. My mom and I have been going to Dr. Tanguay for 20 years. I admit that I tried another doc that was closer to me ONCE and it was a mistake. I will continue to see Dr. Tanguay as long as she is practicing. Mike

I needed a new eye doctor after my insurance changed and I am so happy to have found Dr. Tanquay. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time during my evaluation and explained what she was doing every step of the way. She offered supportive advice and gave helpful recommendations regarding my contact lenses. I am very pleased with her bedside manner and the friendliness of her staff. The office is cozy and clean. The ladies at the front desk are so polite and helpful. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

I cannot say enough grrrreat things about Dr. Tanquay! She is amazing! I was not even her patient when I scratched my eye and couldn’t get into my eye doctor. Dr. Tanquay saw me immediately, took great care of my eye, and even called the eye surgeon where I went immediately for the care I needed. Because Dr. Tanguay and her staff are all so caring, knowledgable and competent, I moved my whole family (six people) under her care.
