Dr. Syed and his staff are exceptional! Everyone receives the same level of care and if that means you wait a bit, that's fine. Your eyes need time to dialate, and after all we are talking about our retina... you want a doctor to explain everything. Comprehensive care with an excellent doctor AND courteous and helpful staff...come to Maryland Retina!

To begin with they sent the wrong address for my mother’s appointment, but we were able to find it after asking multiple other offices where they were located. She arrived 10 minutes early. Then the 2 and a half hour wait. TWO AND A HALF HOURS. And that’s before she was even seen by the doctor. No heads up, no explanation, no regards for the people waiting or family members wondering if everything is ok. If it’s normal for this practice to make an elderly woman wait nearly 3 hours after APPOINTMENT time, then obviously we cannot record this place. If you do have an appointment mentioned, clear out your day, it seems to take that long
