The staff are friendly and helpful. The exam was through. Questions were answered fully and understandably. The wait was a bit long, but I believe that Dr. Mason takes the time necessary to give each patient proper attention. Sometimes that can make an exam run longer than expected and I can appreciate that.

Took my daughter for her first eye exam since she has been complaining about being able to read. The staff was wonderful with her and explaining everything to make her comfortable. Dr. Mason was extremely thorough in her examination and took time to explain everything. I have glasses myself and will be switching to the Mason Eye Clinic for my own vision care.

I have been going to Mason Eye Clinic for several years. Every time I go, I get the same excellent service from the moment I step through the door. Excellent customer service and virtually little to no wait time. I am extremely satisfied with the eye care I receive from Dr. Mason and his team. From the eye exam to the purchase of contact lenses everything is explained to me in detail.
