Difficult getting through on the phone to make an appointment. Over a month to wait for appointment. Received call day of appointment stating that the Dr. called in sick and that the next available appointment would be over a month out. … More

Communication is horrible. Unprofessional staff. Experience with dr is fine, just hope you don’t have to deal with anything else.

You wait at LEAST an hour to be seen and that is with an appointment. Also, I feel like the doctors over book or are overwhelmed with their case load because the patient attention and follow-up doesn't exist. That being said, I felt like my doctor was excellent! I'm torn, because I feel comfortable with the medical advice. It's unfortunate, because it's more of a problem how the office in general is run. It is not worth the trouble to wait over an hour for an appointment, then to chat as fast as I can for 10 mins to the doctor, then if I call for any reason to discuss test results or issues no one can help me, according to the front desk. I am thinking of switching to a more patient focused office.
