I wish I had gotten the name of the receptionist at the Bartlett Street office...she has short blonde hair. She went out of her way to get me a sooner appointment at a convenient time when someone at the Chelmsford office had mistakenly told me my appointment wasn't canceled when it actually was. I had to finagle my way to get out of work early and literally ran to my appointment just to have it be canceled. She could tell I was frustrated but was very sympathetic. She made the frustrating experience much better. I will try to get her name

Easy to make appointments, short waiting time, VERY friendly staff.. they fix your frames with a smile and at no extra cost
Dr Bolliger retired and was replaced by Dr Young who specializes in glaucoma.
