If you wear contacts don’t bother!
When I switched to another optometrist, I found out that Acuvue still made my prescriptions contact lenses, so there was not a need to switch contacts as they were forcing me to do. I asked the Massengale doctors 3 times on separate occasions if they were certain my prescription was discontinued by Acuvue. They said yes each time. They are spreading misinformation about availability and my eyes hurt for months due to the trial lenses scratching my eyes.
In addition, their practice of having to look at your eye 2 times for every trial contract will make it take months before you can find a contact. I had 6 appointments before I switched to another optometrist. That means I had to leave work 6-12 times within a few months period, so I could sit in a waiting room for 30-40 min before someone looked in my eye to argued with me about "the fit" of the contacts. Such an inconvenience and complete waste of my time.

I Took a screwdriver to the eye the other day. My wife scheduled me an appointment somewhere else. Long story short the other place sent me home with just eye drops.
This place let me come in after 5 even tho they where closed. They took really good care of me and couldn't believe the other place sent me home. They pressure patched it and had me come back the next day and want me back Monday . The whole group up there is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone in fact we are going to start taking our kids there!

I can not say enough nice things about this place! The whole staff is very nice and Dr Massengale is great! I had an injury to my eye and they went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was treated and healed. The facility is very nice too. I love how everything is very neat and consistent in the rooms. I have never been to any doctors office that everything is so streamlined, efficient, effective, kind, and most importantly patient focused. If I ever need any eye care again, I am definitely going back here.
