I really like this office. You can normally get a fast appt after you call, the doctor is friendly but brief, my only complaint is that you aren't made aware of any results from your visit. Their is no patient portal either for online patient access.

Dr. Helfrich saw me for an emergency visit yesterday. Although they were very busy, I was able to come in immediately and I was seen within about 10-15 minutes! This is great customer service especially the day before a holiday weekend which is always a nightmare for those in the healthcare field! They took all of my info, gave me an accurate estimate of cost, treated my eye, and I was on my way! See less visit. I am not a patient of record and this was so much appreciated.
