He fit me into a busy Monday schedule. I was seen promptly. He took adequate time to examine me effectively, evaluate me and explain his observations in an understandable way. He assuaged my concerns, prescribed a med, and I left with a follow-up appointment. All staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

Dr. Currie and his staff at Holland Eye were very professional and thorough, explaining everything they were going to do. All went very well. I was referred by the VA to Dr Currie with an issue that was found with one of my eyes. The staff I had contact with were all friendly & professional. Helena, who I would say was an optical assistant, was very pleasant to talk with and she explained step by step of what she was doing. Dr Currie & his nurse Jill were very thorough with the examination & explained everything so I could understand what the issue with my eye was or the complications that could arise. I am very pleased with the care Dr Currie & his staff have given me & confident that I am in excellent hands to receive the best possible care in addressing my issues.

Exam experience was excellent. Deciding on which option to choose for cataract surgery. One concern, the antiviral med you prescribed was taken at bedtime and I had a very uncomfortable sleep and haven’t felt good today. I’ll take it again this evening and see how it goes. If I continue to feel ill, I will call the office.

I am very Happy with Dr. Currie. His treatment and results of the cataract surgery were superb. I started out barely able to focus in one eye and after the procedure I see better then I ever have, even without glasses. procedure was painless and my eyes were uncomfortable at worst. The whole procedure is very structured and it seems everyone had specific tasks and they were flawless in their task as well as being very compassionate the whole time. I cannot say enough good things about my treatment here, from reception to billing.

Doctor Currie is great eye surgeon Took care of my cataract and treating my intra ocular pressure! He takes his time to talk and explain things about all aspect of my conditions .He is very professional with great bedside side manners and all his office staff are very friendly , efficient and well organized. Doc Currie told me he is leaving Toledo to go back to western Michigan close to his extended family , he was very kind to refer me to see a good eye doctor to take over his care .We want to wish him all the best and we sure going to miss a great eye doctor .
