Dr. Matt is excellent, he takes the time to explain each piece of the exam thoroughly. The setting is comfortable and all the staff are warm and friendly. Lee provides exceptional assistance with glasses from her expertise in helping you find the right frame, to knowing the ins and outs of insurance coverage too! My entire family, three generations - are well-served by this practice. Highly recommended.

Best eye MD in town. Dr.Forgues is pleasant, welcoming and down to earth. He takes his time to take care of his patients. No rush jobs nor triple booking. The only MD who fitted me with the correct contact lenses. Not to forget his staff, they are great and courteous. Highly recommended.

I went there today for just a typical Eye exam because I needed to get a new prescription in order to get new glasses. I only spent a total of 30 minutes here and that included the paperwork, eye exam and the chat with the doctor! I honestly thought it would be much longer than that but it was very quick and swift and I enjoyed it very much so! I am very happy with this business and I will be returning in the future!

If you are looking for a great eye car, Forgues Eye Care is the place to go. I've been seeing Dr. Matt for about 3 years now, and it's always a great experience. I feel like I'm getting the very latest in terms of technology - they keep very up-to-date on their eye exam technology. The office is clean and pleasant, and the staff is very nice and helpful. I wear contacts mainly, but I also got a great pair of glasses here. I find trying on and selecting frames really intimidating, but the staff there was great in helping me find a pair that I really love and that fit well.

What a fabulous office. The front desk and the people that help you select your new glass frames were absolutely delightful, cheerful and professional. Dr. Forgues was so very nice, professional, friendly and answered all my questions with such a great attitude. The office is very clean and fully staffed. I am so lucky to have found this wonderful office. The office has new equipment and Dr. Forgues explains everthing to you in detail when you ask a question. I can see why this office shines. Would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Dr. Matt…he was very thorough and knowledgeable, made the entire exam easy and comfortable. The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate special needs and were friendly and nice. You would be hard pressed to have a better experience anywhere else…this office was 5 star all the way!

This was my first time at the office. I was welcomed by a very friendly front desk staff. The tech who did my testing was very sweet. The office was extremely clean and you could order glasses right there. Dr. Forgues was wonderful. Spent the time to answer all questions. Highly recommend. I’ll be taking my kids to this office.

I am so happy with Forgues! They are always so helpful, kind, fast and efficient; I recently was fitted for contacts and Stefanie was amazing and patient! I was nervous and she walked me through all of it. Desk Assistants are great as well. Go here! They are awesome!

As you walk into the clinic, i was greeted and given the usual forms to fill out on a visit. The receptionist nurse was very kind and we had a nice conversation about her gorgeous nails once I had given the forms back. The waiting area is a decent size that sits up to 8 or so with a TV to watch while waiting (if you have to wait at all). Once I was brought back into a room with the nurse, the nurse was very informative about procedures. The doctor came in to for the usual read of the prompter and was very easy to talk with with vision questions etc. I was swept away and taken back to another room to have my contacts removed and have and all the measuring etc was. We had some good laughs and brought back to the room once my contacts were out and read off the prompt with the kind doctor again which made me laugh because of horrid my vision is. He reassured me that my eyes were healthy and i have nothing to worry about. He had me go into another room for trial contacts which were perfect and what i needed. Had my measurements done one last time to ensure fit and brought back to the room and read off the prompter one last time and he i thanked him for the wonderful service and his dedication for keeping a nice clean and friendly establishment. Went to the from desk and paid for my visit. I kindly thanked the staff for everything they do and you stay blessed for being so wonderful. I can't speak highly enough of this place with the high technological equipment that ensures precise and comfortable wear for a reasonable price. After all, you only have one pair. They were very professional yet ready and comfortable to speak to about life, vision concerns, and just things you can do to improve vision. I highly would recommend this place even if your not from the town of Worcester. I have a 40 minute drive and for what it's worth, i really hope they continue doing well.

First visit with this office and doctor. The office assistants were very pleasant and welcoming. The office has high tech equipment and Dr Mark was very thorough with the exam. Was a great experience and will definitely go back for my yearly exams in the future.

Highly recommended! Dr. Matt Forgues and his team were extremely welcoming, informative, and helpful. It was my first time getting my eyes examined in about 4 years. I had an eyeglasses exam and contact lens fitting performed. His equipment showed me the best quality and detailed pictures I’ve ever seen of my eyes, and he took the time to explain how the nerves and shape of my eyes translated into healthy eyes. During that time, Matt provided several great remedies for dry eye that I’ve been experiencing. I will definitely be coming back.

My appointment was at 12pm and I did make it known I was on a lunch break and needed to get back to work within the hour, they informed me that they would make sure I was in and out of there. I arrived early to fill out the forms and I wasn’t seen by the Dr until just after 12:30 and then I needed to rush out to get back to work in time. The actual exam was fine, it went smoothly , the Dr was nice and I am looking forward to getting my new glasses (ordered externally) with my new prescription. I just wish the appointment was as quick as promised.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Doctors and Staff at Forgues. I love their state of the art equipment and their superb customer service. I recommend them highly since every interaction I have had has been professional, efficient, and helpful. Last year I drove over my only pair of prescription glasses and they went out of their way to assist me. Love this office.❤️

Forgues Eye Care is absolutely the best eye doctors In Worcester County! All of the staff are unbelievably kind as well as professional and answer all of your questions completely and make you feel comfortable immediately entering the office! Dr Matt Forgues is an absolutely wonderful eye doctor Who really takes the time to learn about any issues you are having as well as doing research to make sure that all of your concerns are addressed. I recently had a vitreal detachment and he made me feel completely at ease knowing that he was monitoring my care and help me to understand the process of this happening. I highly recommend Dr Matt and his whole staff!

He’s absolutely amazing, patient and works with you to get your prescription 100% accurate for your eyes. I have been going to Forgues Eye Care for about 20 years and my son as well. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about them. I loved the old office staff who were there forever. There seems to be completely new staff, except for 1 or 2 people, but they all seem as wonderful as the previous staff.

I’ve been with this office for years and still enjoy visiting Dr. Matt and his team because they make eye appointments very pleasant and efficient. Even when we need to pop in for a quick repair, everyone is friendly, accommodating and personable. I still highly recommend this office for your family’s eye care needs.

I broke my glasses and needed an appointment for exam since it had been a few years. They were very friendly and were able to fit me in quickly. The day of my appointment I was welcomed by a friendly staff and seen quickly. Dr. Forgues was super friendly and professional during the visit. He explained the imagery done during the visit and vision level I would be seeing at with my new glasses. The office was super clean and the technician Bree who started my appointment cleaned/disinfected everything before it was used. The convenience of having a place to select your glasses immediately following the appointment is a great feature as well. Lee was very helpful in showing me different pairs of glasses and finding the right pair for me. Great experience and my family all go here for our eye care.

Excellent care. The technician and Provider were both extremely helpful. First I was taken through a series of tests that were detailed perfectly. I felt comfortable and cared for. The doctor took the time to talk about my particular case and covered not only my short term concerns but fave me a plan for the future. I left with a piece of mind around my vision that I didn’t know was possible.

I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism that I experienced at this location. Everything from reception, to the initial exam, to the final exam with the doctor was handled perfectly. The cleanliness of the staff was amazing wiping down the equipment before using anything. The doctor went over everything he did with me and showed me everything on the computer made suggestions regarding my prescription that made complete sense and explained why it would be beneficial. I’ll definitely be going here from now on!
