I have been a patient here for a little over a decade and can not express enough how downhill it has gone customer service and cost-wise. Not only do they make you feel as if you are pestering them when you call to make an appointment, ask for prescriptions and even order anything. I have never felt more helpless when only asking for something every other Eye Center would do for their patients. I plan on canceling my future appointment and changing eye care providers. Save your time and do the same.

I would suggest that they reconsider their policy of charging the full exam rate ($190) for a missed appointment. We were patients of one of the original doctors of this office for over 30 years and continued with the new optometrists. We were very satisfied until my husband had the misfortune of missing his appointment for the first time. No one would even talk with me when I immediately called to explain the situation (which was work-related), just kept sending me to voicemail. Then, we received a bill for $190 before they would consider rescheduling. We would have gladly paid the typical fee for a missed doctor appointment ($25) but $190 is excessive. We paid the bill but neither of us will be scheduling future appointments there.

These people are thieves, they will out right refuse to bill your insurance when the going gets tough and things get complicated. I came here for years and even though they were listed as an (in-network provider) under my new insurance, they refused to even attempt to bill my new insurance because it got too complicated for them.
