He had all the details of my past visits at his fingertips and having had him make adjustments for me in the past that didnt seem to be working, he remeasured the lenses and recommended a change that would fix things. George and his managers are the faces of Mayo's excellence.

Mr. Timm's joyful demeanor made the intimidating prospect of choosing lenses for specific tasks so much easier. His explanations were thorough, and his willingness to answer harebrained questions admirable. I was also impressed by his thoroughness, evidenced by his careful double checking of prescriptions, and verifying which lenses were meant for which among the chosen frames. 5/5 -- thoroughly recommend!

Great experience getting two pairs of glasses. George Timm was the Dispensing Optician. He was very helpful, patient and fit my glasses, measured my bifocals perfectly. When May glasses arrived I put them on and they were perfect!

Getting accustomed to new frames AND progressive lenses is no small thing, but George T. made it a breeze. I was greatly impressed by his advice - not to mention patience finding just the right solution and look for me. I can't recommend him and the location enough.

My husband and I went to the trunk show and found the perfect glasses. We then ordered them with a wonderful lady, Tammy D. She was amazing in getting everything ordered and making sure all of our questions were answered. We picked them up and saw Tammy D. again for the fitting and adjusting. She was amazing.
