Mary Chambers is a lifesaver. My glasses broke unexpectedly. I did not want to buy new lenses. Mary took the time to find a frame that would work with my current lenses. Without my glasses, I get severe headaches and am very nauseous. Mary worked efficiently and effectively to address my need. Thank you, Mary!

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Tammy Dietrich at the NE Mayo Clinic. I approached her having a few questions about glasses. She was more than welcoming and polite helping me find a pair that would be just right. I like to buy a good pair and have it for a few years but also like having a pair that fits my different moods and outfits. She helped me pick out the perfect ones that change the fronts to do just that! She also warmly jotted down some notes for me to make the purchase later in the week. It felt like she was my own personal shopper, as it is daunting to look at thousands of glasses and try to figure out which ones are for you. What made this series of Opthamology visits so successful? Dr. Viggiano was full of playful, engaging energy on the first visit, doing the exam. Her techs were really helpful, down to earth, knew their stuff, and always made you feel appreciated and comfortable. No complaints. Fitting. Dyanmite. Dynamite? Yes, dynamite. Anna is a treasure. Her extraordinary talent for keeping frame selection lively and spirited transformed what could have been a routine task into an unforgettable creative adventure. Every bit of advice was infused with genuine care and creative flair, making me feel not just like a customer, but like a cherished guest. And we laughed a lot. I really enjoy coming to this oasis in the Northeast Campus building and think you should include this clinic in your rounds if you’re looking for a dynamite, professional, collaborative experience that leaves you really satisfied with your eyewear and eye health.
