I went to Dr McBride for years. I was informed that the city closed the property by eminent domain. The fact that the phones are forwarded to his personal residence show his passion for his patients

I've been dealing with this clinic for about a month. My sister had a retina detachment and had to go to the er since her doctor was out of town. OU er sent her here for surgery (OU owns McBride). I have no problem with her Dr. but the staff is extremely rude and seems to think you are a bother being there. When you make your appointment just be prepared to be there at least 4 hours or more. I told my husband last night that if my eyes were hanging out of the sockets to take me anywhere but McBrides. I would like to give a minus stars but that option isn't available.

I just called to make an appointment and see if they accept my insurance and the lady was very rude to me. When I asked about my specific insurance. She told me my insurance did not cover an eye exam which they do one time per year along with contact lenses and or glasses. She said she was unaware of that. She also told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about and hung the phone up on me. This place seriously cannot really be in business if we’re answering the phone and speaking to potential new patients and the manner that this lady just spoke to me. I did not even call back because I don’t wanna do business at a place like this

Most knowledgeable eye Doctor that I know and I love his humor I get a laugh everytime.

Great service and care! I was very happy and Dr. McBride has a dry humor that I enjoy!
