Had appointment at 8:30 as a new patient for yearly eye exam and new glasses and contacts. When I arrived, they said my appointment was at 10:30, however someone at the office had called me and changed it to 8:30. They were confused and unsure what happened. Waited 2hours while they called 7 other people back in front of me. When I asked why and how much longer I would have to wait, the lady at the front desk said she didn’t know and offered no explanation. Then she walked off and left the front desk and no one would acknowledge me or that I was there. I even asked if I should leave and come back and she said no. Customer service horrible. Really bad. I will NEVER go back there. Would have just said forget it but I really needed new glasses and it took me a month to get an appointment. They just totally could have cared less. When I checked out to get my new glasses, I was told I couldn’t because the tech who does the glasses is working in the back today and I will have them come back another time.

Dr.McCabe is really concerned about his patients. I went after years just today, and am pleased. They took my insurance and I owe a little, but you can bet I'll pay it when I get my next check. I am lucky to have met him.

My husband had surgery there in May 2020. said he would not have a need for glasses. He must wear glasses now. Rip off is putping it mildly!!! ALL About money!!! Worst Dr. and Staff Ever!!!! This place does not deserve 1 star
