I had a wonderful experience at McNelly Optical. Pam and her staff were very attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable and informative about eyewear and what to look for. The examination and fitting of my new glasses was exceptional and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing glasses from a professional establishment with great service.

As always, Pam was very thorough and helped me select the best frames for the shape of my face. She also researched whether it was feasible to install the specific type of progressive lens that I requested. She picked a wonderful, lightweight tortoise shell frame that is well suited to my face. I love my new glasses, which attests to the reason why I continue to give McNelly Optical my business.

I was impressed with McNelly’s when I took my mom to get her glasses. We both had issues with the previous optical office where we purchased our glasses. Their lab remade them but they were still not quite right. I just got my new glasses from McNelly’s and absolutely love them. They are comfortable and I can see so much better. I wear progressives and everything is seamless now. Pam and Ed are extremely professional and knowledgeable. A quality lab is so important. I highly recommend McNelly’s.
