MD EyeCare is a full-service medical group serving the Orange County area. The practice includes Dr. Garcia, an ophthalmologist with specialty training in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, and Dr. Jaffer M. Kattan, a glaucoma specialist who performs minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, trabeculectomies, glaucoma valve implants, and laser therapy.
