I see that reviews are either hate them or love them so thought I'd put in my two cents. I'm in between. I've seen Dr. Khanna once and can understand the complaints. I have holes in my retina. His bedside manner could definitely use a lot of work. At the same time, once he saw my eye, he went to action immediately and applied laser as my retina was already technically detaching on one eye. Since then I've had followups with Dr Rosenbloom who is nice enough. I also agree The Wait is horrid!!! Plan to wait at least an hour, usually more. They have a lot of trainees come through the facility, thus hit and miss on service with the assistants. The head lady with blonde hair, however, is always pleasant. I still go there every 6 months for a followup as it is convenient(outside of the wait it is really close to my house), they accept my insurance, and Dr Khanna, as much of a jerk as he seems to be, did save my eye.

My mom had an appointment here with Dr Sandeep Khanna. She sat in the chair in the room with the Dr and I stayed in a sitting area just outside the room. This was opened to the hallway so there is no closed door. My mom told the Dr we had been waiting for an hour (which was true) and before she could finish her sentence the Dr cut her off and was extremely rude. He told her to take a look in the lobby and that many people wait for 2 hours or more. He said that 1 hour was not that long. He continued on and then stormed out of the room and said this is not a fast food place its a serious medical office. When he went back into the room she said she didn't mean to upset him and that she was trying to say that she didn't know if her name had been called sooner but she didn't hear it. He proceeded to tell her he wasn't upset, he was just tired. After the procedure was done, I went into the room and told him I could hear the whole conversation. My mom was crying because she was scared and that's why I went with her and the way he spoke to her was rude and unnecessary. He told me to be very careful with what I say to him, as though he was threatening me and he stormed off. I'm in disbelief by the lack of professionalism. This is a Dr who deals with patients. There's a certain level of professionalism that's expected when working with patients. People deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Its clear to me that people come to this location out of necessity and not by choice but if you do have an option then I definitely would never recommend this place to anyone.

PATIENT BE AWARE!! (HEALTH AND SAFETY IS A PRIORITY!) HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDED HERE ! March 15th, 2023: I arrived into the lobby and there was NO ONE at the front desk to greet. After waiting a couple minutes the office clerk checked my grandmother and I in. Waiting lobby floors were very DIRTY as if they HAVENT CLEANED FOR WEEKS! When called up my grandmother and I were led into a room by Ms. Veronica. Ms Veronica was OBVIOUSLY NEW to the location because she was being guided by Ms Gladys. Both Ms Gladys and Ms Veronica were NOT wearing gloves when TOUCHING my grandmother and her face when applying eye drops to dilate her pupils. They OBVIOUSLY BOTH NEED MORE TRAINING AND NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITIES! After being attended by Ms Veronica and Ms Gladys my grandmother and I were led into the "Specialists" room. The "Specialist Sandeep Khanna" injected a supplement into my grandmothers arm letting her know that this supplement was being used to help the specialist see into her eyes at a greater depth. Before the supplement was injected into her arm, Ms. Gladys prepped the injection for Mr. Khanna WITHOUT GLOVES and also was FONDLING the OPEN band aid in her hand while waiting for Mr. Khanna. When Mr. Khanna arrived he grabbed the prepped injection and proceeded to inject my grandmother WITHOUT any gloves or WITHOUT even WASHING HIS HANDS BEFORE injecting my grandmother. Next as the supplement took effect we were explained to wait in a lobby meanwhile others were helped. When my grandmother and I were called up for the next moment we were greeted by Mr. Khanna Again. At this moment Mr. Khanna informed my grandmother and I about her condition and that she would need treatment for her condition. The treatment for my grandmothers condition is injecting her eye with another supplement.. BEFORE Mr. Khanna injected the second supplement into my grandmothers eyes he clearly stated that there could be a RISK OF INFECTION in the eyes. When proceeding to inject my grandmother in her eye I noticed Mr. Khanna AGAIN DID NOT WASH his hands before injecting my grandmother and WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES. I asked Mr. Khanna if he may please put some gloves on before injecting my grandmother but Mr Khanna stated " I do this for a living, do not tell me how to do my job"... Mr. Khanna is SO IGNORANT!! He DOES NOT have RESPECT, ETHICAL LOGIC, AND COMMON COURTESY, FOR HIS OCCUPATION and PATIENTS!! Mr. Khanna AND THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE THEIR MEDICAL CERTIFICATIONS REVOKED! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
