Referred by my primary doctor and it is just GOD AWFUL!! Came in for eye evaluation and left with a surgery recommendation. I was given a date but instructed a call would be received with a time for the surgery! I missed the call on Friday and called back immediately to find out the surgical department was closed. So I left a message for both the surgical department and surgical coordinator and as of today yet to receive a call back! Today was my surgery date but no time was ever provided! Missed a day of work and the wait it takes to answer a call took 20 mind minimum! This place is a joke! Don’t waste your time and find a second opinion! One worst customer service and unorganized staff!

Amazing place!! ALL the staff are very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend coming to this clinic.

My appointment was at 1 pm got seen 1:40 pm then went to waiting room for to see the doctor seen the doctor At 3pm 3:30 finished waiting to make another appointment 4:10 never been in doctor office so long😭🤣 …

This clinic stacks way too many patients for surgery. My wife waited almost 4 hours to do a simple cataract's procedure. That's so unprofessional, and to be honest very unsafe

MedLaser Surgical Center has been the best choice for my brother's eye surgery, the center is clean with a nice environment. The nurses and employes are friendly and knowledgable and first rate surgeons, which play an important part for the decision to have his surgery done here. First rate surgery center and services. I recommend it.👍

People need to be clearly reminded about the address for the surgery and laser. Put a sign aboyt surgery center locating across the street. I asked surgery coordinator about location and address over 5 times. She pointed to clinic. Not surgical center.

They have a lot of people waiting about 2 hours i was here at 130 pm now it's 321pm still haven't seen the doctor..there 😞 …

Let’s send some love and appreciation to the amazing Dr. Uchio, who led my dad’s eye care from beginning to end with professionalism and compassion. His expertise made all the difference, and we’re truly grateful. On the other hand, I feel it’s important to acknowledge the experience we had with Celene, the treatment coordinator. While I wish I could speak as positively about her as I do about Dr. Uchio, our experience was unfortunately the opposite. Her approach to patient care was not only lacking but, at times, deeply frustrating. Here are a few issues we encountered: • Careless: She seemed unconcerned with recommending the best options for my dad’s eye health. • Biased: Her willingness to assist appeared to depend more on how services were being paid for than on what was best for the patient. • Impolite: She repeatedly called regarding payment but offered no guidance or support on how to complete the process. If you’re ever asked to wait for her or referred to her for help, I strongly recommend asking for another coordinator. Side note: It’s ironic how someone with such a disregard for detail ended up in a role that requires so much of it. (And frankly, the quality of her cosmetic decisions seems to reflect that as well.) Lastly, if you try to escalate concerns to management, don’t expect much. You might get a call weeks later only to be told that she’s a top employee with a wall of awards — which, sadly, says more about their internal standards than anything else.
