I am a pediatric ophthalmologist and owner of Specialized Pediatric Eye Care in Beverly. There are many great optical shops but Medford Optical really embraces children as their clients. They recognize there are different needs for this population when they are fitting them for eyeglasses. Thanks for all the years of doing an excellent job!

I love this shop! I have yet to buy glasses from them (just got my first cheapo pair last year) but plan to visit them when I upgrade to progressive frames!
Why the review you might ask? I've wandered into this shop twice, half blind, broken glasses in hand. Each time Dana the proprietress fixed them for free, refused to take my money, called me "neighbor" and implored me to come back anytime.
"Mensch" doesn't begin to describe this woman!
The customer service and over all warm inviting feeling at Medford Optical can't be beat! I'll be back and next time I'll spend some money, promise! :))))
