My daughter saw Dr. Lapour and this was her first in-depth eye exam. Dr. Lapour came highly recommended from several other moms and providers. After our first visit I now know why. My daughter was a bit nervous at first, but the MA and Dr. Lapour put her at easy and told her what they were needing to do and why. 100% loved my interaction with the referral department to meet with the provider and MA. The front office administration were welcoming and pleasant to check in with. The optical department displayed the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at a medical facility. They went over benefits that I didn’t even know my plan had. They helped my daughter go through glass frames and when the frames were selected took measurements to ensure proper fit and Comfort. I’ve recommended them to everyone I work with and also to my family and friends.

I could not he more pleased with my eye surgery. Dr. Lapour and his staff took wonderful care of me. I had lens implants in both eyes and after 50 years I purchased my first pair of non prescription sun glasses. The surgery was surprisingly easy and painless. Thank You
