I don't even want to give it 1 star! Terrible experience, been here 3 hours and no one checks in with me to tell me a time frame or what's going on. Mind you it's my birthday and I'm wasting my life here. Thought it was at most going to be an hour but Nopppeee here Im passing 3 and haven't even been seen. He just went into another room that came in after me. If I didn't need contacts I'd be out the door already. Will definitely be finding a different doctor for next year ✌🏼️

Came in with concerns of fuzzy vision and wanted a detailed examination. Greeted warmly when I first walked in. When called to the back, Ms Samantha was very friendly and explained everything that was happening and going g to happen. 1st time here, so it took a bit longer than expected, but maybe because of being a new patient. Once I saw the Dr, I did not feel rushed out the door, which was nice too.

2 and a half hours for a simple eye exam. Left us in the room for the last 30 min and when we asked what was left they said nothing and that we are good to go. They do not care about your time so if you wanna spend 2 and a half hours for a simple eye exam, this is your place.

The doctor seemed more interested in my vision insurance than my actual vision. Very rushed manner about him.

This is my second time and the Dr has not rushed me, he explained everything to me, and staff was very polite. Same experience both times!

We had appointments at 3 and we were waiting for the doctor until 5 when we just left. Horrible waits, we are finding a new doctor.

If I could give zero I would. The young man was kind if not I would leave and walk out. The front desk needs to better inform their patients.

Worst experience ever. Doctor did not perform any exam. An armature assistant without any experience did the test, and set the lens power. I was not happy with the new lens, and I told it to the doctor, but he didn't even recheck the lens power. I don't know how this kind of doctor are eligible to practice. I would recommend everyone to go elsewhere, don't waste your money :(

I am extremely thankful to this doctor for quickly evaluating my daughters extreme eye pain and putting her on an immediate course of action to prevent possible blindness. He honestly went out of his way to explain her condition to us and help with getting the insurance to cover the expensive drops required. The staff was also super genuine and helpful. And the best part is my daughter's eye is saved!

Horrible experience. Called for an appointment in May. Got an appointment for June. Dr. Burns gave me the wrong prescription. Found out prescription was wrong 2 weeks later when the glasses came in. Was told I would need a new eye exam. Another 2 week delay. Got another prescription. 2 more weeks waiting on the glasses. Glasses come in and they still aren't correct. Prescription needs to be lower on the lenses. Another 2 week delay. Glasses come in an I still can't see. Oh, ha,ha. They forgot to switch out the new lenses. Not funny to me. Really don't clear. Was told to take them and try them for a week. Here it is in August. I'll give it a week.

Very rushed exam, the eye doctor didn’t even perform most of the exam, some unnamed assistant did who is obviously not an eye doctor. He didn’t introduce himself and spent literally less than 1 minute looking at my eyes then left the room. Nothing thorough about this place at all. Recommend going elsewhere.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. I went to Dr. Dunham first because I was doing my extern there and I saw how he cared for his patients. It is true that MA's handle the small things and get the patients ready for the doctor but that is just to speed things up. With this said it doesn't mean he doesn't pay attention to you and if you have questions he will answer them in simple terms and not in a way you can't underatand. This made me trust him and the staff. So as a patient that I became I really liked how I was treated

We have had some waits here in the past, but this morning I came in early and was immediately given a full exam, including dilation…my appointment was for 7:40, they called me in around 8, and I was out of there by 8:30 or so. Everything was very quick and smooth…

The staff has no respect for the patients' time, they make four or five appointments at the same time, they make you wait more than an hour and a half to be seen.

Worst experience ever. I wish I could give 0 rating. Doctor did nothing . A young assistant probably a student did all the exam. He was not confident at all and didn't know how to operate properly. Doctor was not friendly at all. Hate the service.

This practice consistently demonstrates that they don't value their patients' time by wildly overbooking appointments. Each time I have presented for an appointment i have waited 30 minutes to an hour, just to be called back, then waited an additional 30 minutes in the room. The last two times, there were 5-7 people in the lobby and i asked about the wait and was told it would be 30-45 minutes, so I just left and rescheduled. This time I will not be rescheduling. They will not tell you about the ridiculous wait unless you specifically ask. If your office is running close to an hour behind, you owe it to your patients to let them know BEFORE they waste their time driving into their appointment and sit in your waiting room for 30 minutes. I work in healthcare and would never treat a patient like that.

I was scheduled for a 4 PM and promptly seen by a technician. I then waited over an hour in an exam room to be seen by Dr. Dunham. I eventually walked out. My experience was consistent with other reviews here. Dr. Dunham is a kind man but his practice administration needs help. A patient’s time is also valuable and that should be respected.

Dr. Dunham was always very rushed and the eye exams were not actually performed by him. My family has been going there for several years and the wait times continue to increase. My husband and I have both complained about not being able to see clearly out of brand new glasses and he seems irritated and acts like he doesn't believe us. Keeps trying to sell new surgeries or techniques. Finally changed eye doctors this year and am very happy with our new one. We finally have glasses that we can see out of!!

If you want to wait for two hours for a simple eye exam then come here. There are far too many patients scheduled for one doctor to see, I will find another office where my care is prioritized.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. The front desk has horrible communication skills and they are easily irritable. It seemed like it was such a huge inconvenience for them to explain our benefits. Overall they were all just rude in general. My wife and I wished we would’ve just dodged the place completely. I’m so thankful we didn’t waste her benefits here also.
