Not real personable but seemed professional. Took my elderly uncle in but I will be recommending a new place for future visits. It's not worth an hour and half drive just because he's familiar with this place. Plus we have to fill the prescription for his glasses somewhere else because $850. For new glass is ridiculous 🙄. …

Previously I've had scheduling and administrative issues here, and I've had mixed experiences with the office staff in the past, which is why only 4⭐. That said, today EVERYONE was very nice from front desk to the woman who works in optical at the end of the process. Dr Orozco is always great. He has a fabulous bedside manner (very chill) and always willing to answer any and all of my questions, which is saying a lot! I definitely recommend scheduling with him.

I saw Dr Singer two weeks ago and I told him I need some eye drops with him He rescheduled me to have an appointment with a different doctor but they were supposed to call in a prescription for the eye drops I found out that there is no copay for these eye drops they're free with Humana I'm trying to get them I've been trying for a week now to get them I don't have a problem with my mail-in pharmacy with Humana The problem is coming from your office can you please look into and find out what's wrong
