This is something I have never encountered. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Dalzotto. I would be a new patient and it would be much more convenient to see her as she works in my building. I was asked why I wanted to change. Also since I have been established with me doctor they would not want to take me away from him. I have NOTHING against him. Location would be much more convenient. I was surprised and I was so put off. So it's not patient choice?? I was basically turned away.
