is one of the worst ran doctors offices I have ever been to. Dr. CartwrightThis himself is actually an amazing doctor and really great at what he does, but this practice is way overbooked and overscheduled to the point where you’re waiting hours at times and when he does finally get to you, he’s there maybe a minute or two before he has to bounce on to the next thing, Another huge issue I have is with them canceling my appointments and not informing me. It takes me two hours to drive there and I’ve gotten there for them to inform me my appointment had to be “rescheduledi” and they attempted to call me but couldn’t get through. This has happened to me three times and I lost it on the poor lady last time in the pffice, but it’s unacceptable. I advised them how hard it is to get there and that they should better communicate but they could absolutely care less.If they do reach me to reschedule, they push my appointments out a month or two later which is causing me further issues with my diabetic retinopathy because I’m not getting my injection on a timely basis and my eyes are continually getting worse due to not receiving the injections as I should be. I had this happen to me again this week. Was supposed to see the doctor Wednesday to get my next injections scheduled and they had to cancel my appointment and they rescheduled it for more than a month from now. I explained to the lady on the phone that I can’t wait a month because that is going to delay my injections AGAIN and she couldn’t care less. I went to this place for help because they are the closest place I can go and it’s almost pointless because I’m not getting the treatment I need and my vision is getting worse… UPDATE* Today, they called me AGAIN to try to push my appointment out to NOVEMBER! An Appointment I was originally supposed to have in SEPTEMBER! That puts my injection schedule off by two full months and I’ve already had a nasty hemorrhage since the original rescheduled appointment….

Great service, when you're able to schedule an appointment. It takes almost a year to get one. Calls are never returned. Very disappointing.
