Medical Optometry America in Newtown Square provides medical eye care, including annual eye physicals, diabetic eye exams, glaucoma care, dry eye disease treatment and management, and scleral lens fittings. The practice also operates the MOA Myopia Management Center of Excellence, a regional referral clinic for specialized myopia treatment.

Marie Homa-Palladino, OD, FIAOMC, IACMM, leads the myopia center and is the only Fellow of the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control in the SE PA region. Justin Sherman, OD, FAAO, FSLS, is also on the team.

The practice uses the Octopus Visual Field analyzer, Topcon Optical Coherence Tomography, wavefront aberrometry, optical biometry, Scheimpflug-based tomography, and pachymetry.
