Good thing they are so close to the fairgrounds, this has been a complete and utter goat rodeo. I went in for the initial exam and the doc was very thorough in the exam. so far so good. Then it all fell apart. I ordered contact lenses since they are specialists, I should be in good shape. Well, they ordered a trial pair of contacts and told me to call them back after 30 days. I wore them, had some issues, called back and ordered a different prescription to address the issues and have another trial. The lady I spoke with (who was their resident expert they said) told me with shipping issues it was taking a while and to be patient. I waited 2 months or so and nothing. Called and apparently they were never ordered and I was told that I had to pay for contacts that were covered under my insurance. Not once was it ever explained how this process went or was any follow up done except to tell me they never ordered them. This has been an awful experience that there is no excuse for.

Martha is so sweet and helpful! She reads the room and helped me narrow and pick glasses from like 12 pairs and she remembers me!! Although she helped me for a while and was patient while I signed documents, she still acknowledged other patients! You can truly tell she loves what she does.

I really love Martha she helped me even while she was on her lunch break you really have kind helpful people out here taking there time to make your day I honestly didn’t think I would get my glasses fixed today i started to panic I’m super blind and have work the next day and she really saved my day winthin 30 mins ask for Martha she’s super nice 😊

We've seen Dr David for more than 10 years and I hesitate to go anywhere else, even after having moved more than 200 miles away. He and staff are attentive, competent, and give consistent care and support. He treats my glaucoma and has discussed and supported through the whole journey.

Ms Martha is absolutely wonderful. I called after 1 month of waiting for my kids eyeglasses. She was quick, kind and very thorough with getting me taken care of.
